Who we are

Klyvorian Media, Chamber of Commerce (KVK) 97471542, VAT ID NL005272588B54, is responsible for processing personal data as described in this policy.

What personal data we collect

Through the contact form we process: first name, last name, company name, email address, current website (optional), preferred package, the content of your message and your selected language.

Contact form and purpose of processing

We use this data solely to respond to your enquiry, get in touch with you and, where relevant, prepare a quote. Your enquiry is sent to us by email and you receive an automatic confirmation.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent and/or on taking pre-contractual steps at your request.

Retention period

We do not keep data longer than necessary. Data from enquiries and contact forms is kept for a maximum of 12 months after the last contact, unless a longer retention period is legally required or necessary for an ongoing contractual or legal matter. Client invoices and accounting records are kept for as long as statutory (tax) retention obligations require.

Processors and third parties

• Email service: Google (Gmail) for receiving and sending email.
• Website hosting: Lovable.

We never sell your data to third parties.
